Cancellation Policy
Wedding Day Edit – Service Policy The Wedding Day Edit is a content creation service provided by The Finery Edit, focused on capturing candid, behind-the-scenes moments designed for social media. This service is not intended to replace traditional photography or videography. Scope of Services Coverage includes up to 4 consecutive hours of on-site content capture on the wedding day. Deliverables include: 50+ raw vertical video clips 5 professionally edited Reels All content is filmed vertically and optimized for Instagram and TikTok. Content Style & Coverage The Finery Edit specializes in candid, documentary-style storytelling and behind-the-scenes moments. While every effort is made to capture meaningful moments, specific shots or moments cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of live events. The Finery Edit works alongside photographers and videographers and does not interfere with their workflow. Timeline & Direction A timeline consultation is included prior to the wedding day to align expectations and key moments. On-site direction is minimal and intentional, allowing couples to remain present while content is captured naturally. Editing & Revisions Edited Reels include music, captions, and transitions selected by The Finery Edit. One round of minor revisions is included per Reel. Additional edits or revisions beyond the included round may incur additional fees. Delivery Timeline Raw clips and edited Reels will be delivered within 10–14 business days following the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment & Booking A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the wedding day. Dates are not considered reserved until payment is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing. Usage Rights The Finery Edit retains the right to use delivered content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
